When you store items in our warehouse, there is a fee for the fulfillment of each package as well as the shipping:

- How long does it take to get a new set of shirts printed
- Typical turnaround is 2 weeks to print a new set of shirts.
- How much does it cost to have you print + store + ship our shirts?
- The cost will be a combination of the printing cost + fulfillment cost (warehousing and packaging) + shipping cost, which you can see above.
- Do you print on demand?
- We don't do print on demand (also known at Direct-To-Garment printing or DTG) as we feel you will get better quality and pricing with screen printed shirts. Once your shirts are in inventory, we can ship within 1 business day.
- Whats your minimum print quantity?
- Our minimum order is 25 pieces for a print order. Once we have it in inventory, you can send the items out individually
- Can I make a giveaway if I don't have items in inventory?
- You can! The orders from the giveaway will go into the queue, and you'll see a notification on your dashboard that you can click to create an order to satisfy the pending orders.
- Can you make a one off sample?
- Unfortunately we cannot. Screen printed items require a minimum order of 25 at a time, since much of the cost is in the setup.
